the audiophile refresh

I think that with my birthday being so close to Christmas, do I get to double up? My audio refresh has been almost 20 years in the making, piece by piece. Over the years were new speakers, B&W 803D3, new DAC and Preamp from Holo Audio, a Jeff Zhu design, turntable and MM amp for it, reconditioned the R2R, all new interconnects, new streamer also from Holo and an optical bridge for the ethernet connection to Roon, balanced XLR cables throughout.

Now down to a new amp and speaker cables. Rotel Michi S2 paired with Transparent Cable with the low pass filter or the McIntosh 462 paired with Douglas Cable. Or…wait another year as Skyfall needs painting this winter. Ugh…

Oh, and Hemispheres definitely needs a second 300ah lithium, battery as I’m a power hog.
