Upgrade Your Browser … so says an outdated website

So, I’m on my financial instution’s website and I’m about to fill out a form. Now, I’m a Firefox user so that’s what I’m using when I get to the site, and I get this message….

Your browser isn’t able to take advantage of the latest security standards. For your security, we require you to use a browser that supports 128-bit SSL encryption. SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer. It enables your browser to provide a secure connection with our secure Web server.

I don’t think it’s as much as my browser is outdated than the website programmers are not up to date, and only know how to drag and drop web pages with Visual Studio, and have forgotten all about web standards.
