So after many many hours, (10 to be exact), I get an email from ATT that they’re working on my activation and I have a reference number, as though I can do something with that.
Another update. hey threw me for a loop. I get a third email, thinking it was it !!!! Nope, just information about my *new* service and how I can call if I have any questions. We’re now at 26 hours ….
