Here’s a Youtube clip on how the LHC works. Very simple to follow and understand. This is truly a marvel of science and there are many discoveries to be made, quite possibly helping us understand our origins. I guess this is why it could never be built in the US. The flat earth society would never permit that. To me there is no conflict between the creation of the universe and accepting the creation by God. Frankly, God created the universe, but it doesn’t mean that I can’t learn and understand how s(he) did it. If you think about it. the big bang is the equivalent of God snapping his finger, no?
