This Just In – Ted Cruz didn’t know he was Canadian

Wow, is this guy mixed up. He’s now renouncing his Canadian citizenship saying he didn’t know he was a Canadian citizen because he was born in Canada? Wait, what?

Anyway, I find it amusing that his situation directly parallels President Obama where his mother is American and his father is a foreigner. Slight difference though as Obama was born on US soil, Cruz was born on US Oil territory soil (Canada). Oddly, there’s no firestorm over at Fox News about this.

All of a sudden, after deciding to run for president, patriotism kicks in and he declares he’s only American. After all these years. Actually, I hope this crackpot wins the Republican nomination. America needs a wakeup call.
