Space Station Astronaut out of air miles

Now here’s a situation to be in. You’re an astronaut, and you’re on the International Space Station. The NASA shuttle fleet is grounded and congress has not approved any more purchases from the Russians to use their delivery/recovery vehicles because Russia is now selling nuclear components to Iran. Literally, this guy has no way back home. This flight that has gone up this week is booked to capacity, kind of like how Delta overbooks people. Maybe the shuttle fleet will return late next fall to get our guy home, maybe not.
