While this article is about the latest suicide bombing in Baghdad, a sentence in the article did catch my eye.
Star-Telegram | 02/04/2007 | Bomb at market kills 121, injures hundreds On Friday, 16 American intelligence agencies made public a National Intelligence Estimate that said conditions in Baghdad are perilous.

Wait a minute, we have 16 intelligence agencies, 16 ?!?!?   I lost count someplace.
