Unions are at it again. With millions of people out of work, they feel they have the luxury for unrealistic demands like guaranteed jobs and no personal responsibility regarding their healthcare. I think Ford should hire anyone off the street that wants a job and provide a quick training course specific to the job function. Eight week apprentice program them full time employment.
